Exporting alone does not automatically create an Indian EPR registration requirement. We review domestic supply, manufacturing and packaging activities. Overseas EPR requirements need a separate destination-country assessment.

We identify the relevant rules, exemptions, authority and document checklist. Professional fees and government charges are stated separately in the quote.
Application and query support, followed by agreed assistance with returns, records and obligation tracking. Authority approval determines registration issuance.
Registration certificates and recycling/EPR credits serve different purposes. Where applicable, ongoing targets and returns continue after registration.
